Do you handle all permits and submissions?
Yes. We prepare and lodge required applications and liaise with the permit authority. Statutory fees are passed through at cost-plus and quoted ahead of time.
Can I be highly involved or very hands-off?
Either. We design the cadence to suit you. All decisions are documented so progress is not blocked.
Can you work with my architect/interior designer?
Yes. We collaborate with external designers. Internally, Alex leads delivery; Bec (interior) supports selections; Calvin supports finance referrals as needed.
Do you cover all trades?
Yes. We coordinate and quality-assure all subcontract trades and suppliers under our management.
How are variations managed?
In writing, with scope, cost, and time impact. Approved before work proceeds.
How often will I get updates?
Weekly during active build. Ad-hoc notices for critical decisions or risks.
How long will approvals take?
Varies by council workload and design complexity. We’ll give an indicative timeline at submission.
